    This is an absolutely luscious cheesecake and one of the creamiest, smoothest cheesecakes I have ever made. I used a jar of passionate fruit citrus curd for the topping and then just before serving I decorated it with sliced strawberries, kiwis and blueberries. My guests were very impressed and thought it looked and tasted like something from a fancy bakery.
