    This was delicious, but it was kind of missing texture. Soft ricotta filling, soft crespelle, soft red sauce— I can see why pasta al dente would usually be the wrap of choice here, and I would definitely repeat this but with pasta that can be filled. The flavors, though? Delicious.

    This is definitely a recipe that, on paper, intimidated me. HOWEVER, it was easier than I thought and SO tasty. I will make the chicken cacciatore version for Christmas
