Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My kids liked this because they could eat it with chips. Adding some spice would take it up a notch, but we just keep hot sauce on the table for the grown-ups. It’s a solid meal. Not our top 5 but worth a place in the rotation.

    My family enjoyed this one. Made as written. Tex-Mex comfort food.

    Loved this in theory but the flavors fell flat. I've now made 5 dishes from this cookbook and her newest - while they are good - they all seem to lack something. Great ideas but the flavors need oomph!
