    Can substitute ground beef for ground lamb.

    Very tasty but next time double the spices and salt and mint. Used beef, they did tend to be loose so popped them into the smaller burger press, 100gr is a good size. Leave in fridge for as long as possible before cooking. Served with Coriander and lime tzatziki and mixed veg skewers.
