    Can substitute sunflower oil for coconut oil, runny honey for maple syrup, and almonds for hazelnuts.

    Very tasty. Made loads. Could probably have done with a little longer in the oven - the part in the centre of the tray wasn’t quite crispy when it cooled. I used a mix of cranberries, apple and dates as the fruit, and added some pumpkin seeds too.
