    These were a delicious refreshing treat on a very hot Saturday evening. They're sweeter than I thought they'd be so might reduce the quantity of sugar syrup next time. The mint lime sugar syrup makes more than needed but I'm sure it'll come in handy for mojitos etc. I used regular watermelon rather than the mini ones.
