Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is really, really good stuff. When I first discovered this recipe I made it over and over again because it was so good. But then everyone's pants started getting tight and I had to switch over to the low-fat version from the Moosewood low-fat cookbook. I still make this from time to time, when I want high-fat, high-carb comfort food.
