Bacon-wrapped meat loaf with brown sugar-ketchup glaze from The Perfect Recipe: Getting it Right Every Time: Making Our Favorite Dishes the Absolute Best They Can Be (page 128) by Pam Anderson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Solid meatloaf, not dry, plenty of flavor. Favorite of the boys for the bacon alone. I've used all beef, mix of beef and pork and beef and turkey. They all work.

Just what meatloaf should be. Used meatloaf mix in its equal proportions instead of the extra ground chuck. Seasonings are just right, oatmeal is a great binder, and the glaze is perfect. (Oh! and having no Worcestershire... but, inexplicably, Pickapeppa sauce ... it worked perfectly, and I'd use it again!) I separated this (giant) recipe into 2 smaller meatloaves, which each made 3-4 servings and cooked in slightly less time.
