Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Agree with mamacrumbcake that these are excellent buttermilk pancakes. I made a double batch and added blueberries as suggested on the following page. Interesting technique to separate eggs and whisk whites into milk mixture and then add yolks to butter. Not sure it made a difference in terms of texture, so maybe I will experiment next time by not separating. I've had this book for ages and this is first thing I've made from it.
