Can substitute the book's "Red cabbage slaw" for romaine lettuce, store-bought sauce for the book's "Chipotle salsa," the book's "Cashew crema" for queso fresco, canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce for the book's "Chipotles en adobo," oranges and limes for sour orange juice, tomatillos for xoconostles, and apple cider vinegar for pineapple.
