Lamb with apricots from 50 Great Curries of India: Tenth Anniversary Edition by Camellia Panjabi

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I didn’t use Hunza apricots either: had none. Made it per directions otherwise, however, and used lamb chops, as were used in the accompanying photo. Really QUITE easy, and a lovely, festive looking little meal. Not a curry to rave about, but very worthy.

I didn't use Hunza apricots, I just used regular dried apricots. And I didn't soak them, I just added them at the same time as the meat. But this was very good, warmly fragrant with only a slight chilli heat.
