Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is definitely a case of the dish being tastier than the sum of its parts. The cheese sauce is pretty intense (probably because the rind is included). Used cornflour instead of xanthan gum. The recipe is really easy to put together, took well under an hour. Definite deconstructed cauliflower cheese vibes but in all honesty, I'd prefer a regular cauliflower cheese.
