Piedmont roasted peppers from Delia Smith's Summer Collection: 140 Recipes for Summer by Delia Smith

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

One of my favorites and so easy.

We made this in quantity for my daughter's wedding buffet. Worked brilliantly. My husband got some funny looks asking for 30+ red peppers at the supermarket but other than that it was a good choice.

Another vote for this simple but delicious side dish.

Love this dish, so easy and a great starter or accompaniment to griddled chicken or steaks. I omit the anchovies as not a fan but chopped black olives make a nice addition.

So delicious - brilliant side dish for a barbecue, or on its own as a starter.

Delicious red peppers served up as a starter served at room temperature. This is very summery and a regular dish in the Summer months for my family. Even my children can make these.
