    I haven't looked at this book for a long time. What a surprise EYB brought it to me when I was looking for a salsa to go with refried beans and tortilla chips. I wanted something that's summery and have a crunchy feel (ie not tomato or avocado based salsas). This one fits the bill perfectly. It comes togther quickly too if you discount all the cutting to get onions and the tomatoes similar size to the sweetcorn.
