    A few changes here. Subbed salmon fillets for steaks, and poached rather than oven cooked. Subbed Greek yogurt for creme fraiche but the sauce was pleasant but bland. Madeleine Kamman has an avo salsa recipe on CKBK which would fit the bill (chilli, juice and zest of lime, red onion, coriander)! Great summer dish served with new potatoes and lots of flavours from the salsa.
