    This was very tasty and simple to prepare. Would be good for entertaining. Served with tiny new potatoes and steamed asparagus. Lovely summer meal.

    These are delicious, such a nice combination of flavours wrapped in the phyllo. Great entertaining dish as you can make it ahead and refrigerate until baking. I served it with matchstick carrots, turnip and zucchini, blanched and then finished by sauteing in butter with crushed garlic. This mixture offsets the bland look of the phyllo parcel on the plate.
