    This is a family favourite. It’s easy and tasty and always hits the spot. I usually 1.5x the recipe so there are leftovers for lunch.

    As promised, very quick to make, weeknight-friendly recipe. Added some shiitake mushrooms I had on hand, both kids liked it, so it‘s a keeper.
