    We liked this too, and would also say it's not a quick dish. Didn't pulse the broccoli, just chopped finely, and didn't have parmesan or breadcrumbs in, so just topped the dish with grated cheddar. DH loved it.

    This might be better than the more traditional spinach and ricotta version! It’s a little time consuming but totally worth it.
