Iced rooibos tea with orange, cloves, and cinnamon from In Bibi's Kitchen: The Recipes and Stories of Grandmothers from the Eight African Countries that Touch the Indian Ocean (page 214) by Hawa Hassan and Julia Turshen

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was great and refreshing. It took me 3 navel oranges to get 1 cup of juice.

Good. The combination of all the spices coupled with the tea and orange juice really came together for a well-rounded drink.

Easy and delicious; with or without orange juice.
