    I found this salad ok, but not sure if I would make it again. I used cumin and parsley, canned black olives and Castelvetrano green olives. Perhaps is I chose more briny olives it would boost flavor.

    I used carrots from my Tumbling Shoals farm share. Made one serving for just me. I used a mix of green and kalamata olives, cumin for the spice, and parsley for the herb. Very good.
