    These are very tasty little crackers. I like the crunch/texture from the cornmeal and the hit of flavour from both the chile powder (chipotle this time) & the pickled jalapeno brine. After an hour in the fridge, I had the idea to run the dough through my pasta roller on the thickest setting but that didn't work so I did my best to hand roll it 1/4" thick as instructed. 16 minutes seemed about right for cook time & we look forward on snacking on these all week.
