Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    No black currants so used more raspberries and blackberries Can’t get white sliced bread here (and no time to bake a loaf) so used sliced brioche instead My mold bigger (?1.5L) so we’ll see… Used a 400g tin of dog food to weight it down. Perfect. Going to make double cream (found a recipe online) and I can get milk straight from the cow! This was wonderful! Brioche worked. The cream was a disaster (I didn’t even try to use it but…discovered that melted vanilla ice cream is, essentially, double cream)
