    This is my go-to bolognese. Crowd pleaser and great for feeding a bunch of people.

    This was really delicious. I didn't use anchovies and went light on the harissa. I did add some Parmesan rinds I had in the freezer. I used frozen soffrito mix for convenience. The recipe is slightly more tomatoey than I would normally make, so I think I would reduce the amount of tomatoes next time. Overall it creates a very rich and tender Bolognese, which I would definitely make again.
