    This was an incredible showstopper! I've made this twice: once for myself and the other for my mom's 75th birthday party. It's delicious, it's not heavy, and it looks incredible. Other than finding the right piece of salmon to use, (size and shape being somewhat important) and cutting out alllll of the circles for scales, it was delightful to assemble.
