    Nice way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers. In lieu of canned soup, I spread some leftover gravy over the filling. The casserole would have been a little dry without it. It took a little longer to bake, but some of my ingredients were cold from the fridge initially.

    Can substitute any leftover cooked meat for turkey. Optionally add a can of cream of mushroom soup.
