    wonderful recipe. i made the recipe exactly as stated on the first try and then made a few adjustments on the next cook. i halved the ginger and increased the tomato and garlic. i used brown onions instead of shallots. sometimes i’ll use lemon instead of lime because that’s all i have in the fridge and it’s fine. i love this and i make it often.
