Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made these for my husband, who loves ginger. I thought they were ok, and definitely high in ginger flavor. The scones got a little brown. I don't like scone recipes that cook at a lower temperature for a longer time as I feel like they get overcooked.
