Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Doubled the poblanos and I would recommend that if, like us, you love the flavor of poblanos. I also put this in a gratin and broiled it until the cheese was bubbly and I would definitely do that again!

    This was sooooo good! It has an unholy amount of butter, haha, but it was an amazing flavor and not a lot of effort.
