Dried chickpeas and dried white kidney beans soak overnight. Can substitute dried Great Northern beans for dried white kidney beans, Hungarian paprika for Spanish paprika, other blood sausages for morcilla sausages, and Hubbard squash or butternut squash for pumpkins.
