London broil with rosemary and thyme from Food & Wine Magazine, January 2021 by Mary-Frances Heck

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I remember having London broil pretty often as a kid. I think Dad was a fan. But I don't think anyone ever marinated it. I ran across this recipe and it made me think of those childhood meals with Dad. I couldn't even remember the last time I'd had it. Anyway, loved the marinade and the result. Really yummy...even the leftovers a few days later. Also, I followed the broiling instructions with the final time after the flip being 2 minutes and that produced a perfect medium-rare. When I first glanced at the recipe I assumed that the herbs were in the marinade, but you just lay the finished steak on them while it's resting. Not sure how much flavor that added, but it did look prettier for serving.
