    Can substitute gungo peas for red kidney beans, coconut milk for creamed coconut, basmati rice for long-grain rice, and dark soy sauce for browning and seasoning sauce.

    It was ok. I probably didn’t salt enough. I made the red kidney beans in the pressure cooker which worked ok.
