    Sautéed onion & mushroom until soft and starting to brown. Added miso paste, garlic, Aleppo peppers, TJ mushroom powder, cooked for a minute. Deglazed with white wine and added greens. Then stirred in BEP. Added a splash of fish sauce.I used Rancho Gordo dried BEP that I cooked earlier in the day.
