    I used 1 lb mushrooms and 12 oz egg noodles and needed an extra cup of broth. I didn't increase the other seasonings, but seasoned generously with salt and pepper. 1 Tbsp flour thickened the sauce nicely. Stirred in some peas at the end for a quick, easy, tasty, one-pot meal.

    Added a quarter cup of brandy as well. This was delicious!
