Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good, basic, healthy fried rice recipe. I made approximately 1/2 recipe (didn't measure/weigh exactly), omitting the beef, adding diced carrots and frozen peas, and using frozen petite broccoli florets instead of cauliflower rice. Unsurprisingly, the rice needed extra seasoning (salt and white pepper), but otherwise I quite liked it and ate it all myself for dinner.
