    I thought this recipe was quite long for the end result. It was tasty, but not perhaps tasty enough to justify the effort. The sauce it made was enough to feed about 6-8 rather than 4. The jackfruit was about right. The Rinku's aloo kabli (which was like an Indian potato salad) recommended to go with it was very tasty and quick to make however. I would definitely make that again.
