    Love this salad! I add smashed almonds and chicken and mild goat cheese instead of feta. I also use 1 T. flax oil, 1 T. lemon olive oil, 1 T. walnut oil and 2 T. plain old olive oil in the dressing instead of the 5 T. olive oil.
