Double chocolate Vietnamese coffee cookies from Baking with Licker: Home Baking with Asian Accents (page 40) by Jason Licker

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

These cookies are delicious. The Vietnamese coffee gives them a subtle coffee flavor which perfectly complements the chocolate. They don‘t spread very much so you really need to push the dough balls down with your palms evenly before baking. Since I don’t like big cookies, I made 25 smaller ones instead of the 12-13 called for in the recipe and they were gone within a day.
