Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The yuzu/ube/matcha butter cake recipe has two errors: the flour should be 408g and the salt should be 5g. This is from Licker’s Instagram. I had to add more water to the ube powder to get a paste, and think this part of recipe might also be wrong - try 30g water and 10g ube, not the other way around as printed.
