Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Nice, rich, fudgy brownie recipe. I was a little apprehensive at the amount of peppermint extract called for, I worried that it would be overwhelming, but it isn’t too much in the final result. (I do think you *could* get by with less, if you’re looking for a lighter note of mint.) I skipped the optional crushed peppermint candy topping, but I can see how it would add a very nice touch around the holidays.
