    I made this with leftover homemade corned beef from the NYT "Homemade Corned Beef" recipe. I made my own coleslaw dressing punched up with some sweet jalapeno brine, horseradish, and chopped pickled jalapenos. I also made a horseradish cream sauce to drizzle over the beef. I had some leftover colcannon so I layered some of that on the tortilla as a base and added the other ingredients on top. Delicious!
