    My family loved this salad, and they don't always appreciate kale or cabbage, but they do appreciate salads with potato chips! I scaled the dressing down to 1/2 c (the amount called for) and the small volume didn't get completely smooth in the Vitamix, but still worked. Leftovers were still good the next day, except that the potato chips got soggy, but they weren't unpleasant to eat.

    This was just great. For our taste, we halved both the sugar and the oil.
