Despite the title, EYB has not categorized this recipe as vegan because it contains eggs and honey. Can substitute smoked sea salt for Himalayan pink salt, and the book's "Dairy-free cheddar biscuits" for the "Classic pretzel buns" called for in this recipe. Can use the book's "Vegan aioli".
