    Add/remove the broccoli part way through so it doesn't overcook. Fresh lemon juice balances the sauce.

    I made this exactly as written but it didn't turn out well. The chicken was tasty but the broccoli was overcooked, oily, and too salty. I wouldn't make it again.

    Love sheet pan meals and this one really delivers lots of flavor. Seemed a little salty. I'd skip the salt in the sauce since the chicken and broccoli are already salted.
