    - I found this a touch too salty…I suggest rinsing or soaking the anchovies if making the recipe otherwise as written. - I squeezed lemon juice over the reheated leftovers and for me that made a huge difference. It switched the recipe from one I probably wouldn’t make again to one I will and made the balance of salinity better. -I added some fried shallots to the panko and liked the addition
