    Allow to marinate for 4 to 6 hours, or preferably overnight. Can substitute dried chilli flakes for Aleppo chilli flakes and the book's "Confit chilli salsa" specified in this recipe.

    Delicious!! Definitely make the garlic butter - the crunchy garlic bits were delicious. Lots of components but they make for an incredibly delicious meal
