    Can substitute rustic brown bread for sourdough bread, vermouth or white wine for white Port, lemon juice for white wine vinegar, and olive oil for walnut oil.

    This was a quick simple lunch. Used red wine in place of port. It tasted great but was quite an unappetising colour of roux (grey-purplish)
