Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute fast-action dried yeast for fresh yeast.

    The recipe is missing an instruction to add the rest of the milk mix when mixing the yeast into the flour. The oven temp was a bit high, I'd try a lower temp but same bake time.
