Chocolate cheesecake from Feast - Food That Celebrates Life (UK) (page 298) by Nigella Lawson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was delicious. Very well balanced - smooth and decadent without being too rich or too sweet. Everyone enjoyed it. I didn't make the chocolate sauce because I didn't want the faff, and I don't think it missed it, although I think next time I would put some raspberries on top - for looks and for a bit of contrast. This could easily be made gluten free by using gf digestives. NB I don't think the oven temperatures in the book are for a fan oven so I would probably try a slightly lower heat next time. Mine was done (almost over done) after 39 minutes. I didn't have custard powder so substituted for an equal quantity of corn flour, and this worked fine. It would easily feed 10 people.

This was amazing! The cheesecake itself was not too sweet and very nice on its own. The chocolate sauce adds sweetness and decadence. I doubled the choc sauce as I knew my family would love it.
