    I cludged together this recipe and a similar one that she has on her youtube channel which uses cod - so instead of frying the fish and adding it to the curry, I just put pieces of cod on to the sauce for 5 minutes at the end. Really nice - definitely done within 30 minutes - very light and fresh-tasting.
