    This worked well using 1 lb frozen cauliflower florets, maybe 1 bell pepper's worth of frozen pepper strips (which were soft rather than crunchy as Chetna indicates the fresh ones would be), plus some frozen corn. The sweetness of the peppers and corn went well with seasonings. This was a good, quick, and easy side.
